  • Trust is a Sacred Bond

In American law we find a trust structure quite similar to the typical Massachusetts Business Trust right there in the Preamble of the Constitution. All one has to do is find the bond for authority to build upon with fifty-seven plus signatures on the Declaration of Independence.

That number might pique some attention from you. Many have heard of the fifty-five signers of July 4, 1776 - true. But Matthew THORNTON returned to Philadelphia in early November wishing that he could sign after the fact.

Many might wonder how I connect the dots with authority. Matthew THORNTON wished to bond his estate and sacred honor - his very life - in favor of severing American trust law from British Manorial Law.

And so I have also done on that same precedent.

The Bond I am speaking of is very familiar - the last sentence.

And for the Support of this Declaration... we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor.
