Thinking about PPF for my car in Dubai but not sure how to compare different shops?

Hi, so I've been doing a lot of reading lately and honestly the more I research the more confused I get because there are so many options and everyone seems to claim they're the best. I got a new white sedan delivered about four months ago and white paint sounds safe but it actually shows water spots and light scratches really easily especially after a sandy day which happens more than I'd like here in Dubai. A friend who works in the automotive industry casually mentioned that the difference between a good PPF job and a bad one comes down almost entirely to who's doing it rather than just the brand of film, which kind of surprised me because I assumed the material was the main thing. I started going deeper into this and came across paintprotectionfilm.ae which had some useful information and it got me thinking more carefully about what paint film protection experts Dubai actually means in practice because that phrase gets thrown around a lot by shops but what does it really mean when you're standing there trying to decide. Like do they specialize only in film or do they also do ceramic coating and detailing because I've heard mixed opinions about whether a shop that does everything is better or worse than one that focuses purely on protection film. I also started wondering whether I should be asking for a sample install on a small panel first just to see the quality before committing to a full car job, is that even a thing people do or would a shop find that weird to ask. Another thing on my mind is the warranty situation because some places offer five years and some offer ten and I genuinely don't understand what that warranty actually covers when something goes wrong. If anyone here has gone through the process of properly comparing shops before making a decision I'd really love to hear how you approached it because right now I'm just going in circles online.
