I'm still dealing with regret from my last used car purchase. The car looked perfect, the test drive was smooth, and the seller seemed genuine. A month in, I started noticing a slight vibration and the AC wasn't as cold. Turns out there were suspension issues and a slow refrigerant leak that were definitely there before I bought it. I wish I had known about the important checks before finalizing a car deal. A friend later showed me an article that listed things like getting a full diagnostic scan for hidden sensor errors, checking for fluid leaks that don't leave puddles, and having the car lifted to inspect the exhaust and suspension. It would have saved me thousands. Has anyone else got a story about a hidden problem they discovered after buying?
