  • It looks like a challenging nursing assignment. What is the answer?

Nursing students convert clinical observations into workable strategies using NANDA-I (NANDA International), a standardised language. Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADPIE) is the framework that the process adheres to.

    1. Assessment: gathering both objective and subjective data. Gordon's Functional Health Patterns are then used to cluster the data in order to find trends in the patient's health.
    2. Diagnosis: choosing a label that explains the patient's reaction to their medical condition and has been approved by NANDA.
    3. Planning: Use the NANDA diagnosis as a reference to create SMART goals.
    4. Implementation: Evidence-based interventions are chosen using NIC in conjunction with NANDA.
    5. Evaluation: finally, the student evaluates whether the patient met the goals set in the planning phase.

The process can be difficult for beginners. So they can get nursing care plan writing help from experts for a better understanding.
