    It is quite extraordinary how both these examples of holding private property in a quasi-public domain relate the holography of law.

    P.S. I hear that the assumption a property line extends to the middle of the railroad tracks is absurd. So please allow some grace that I may be correcting myself. I do believe that any debate may be settled by focusing on that strip of concrete between the City trail and the private property sidewalk.

    Who poured it? Was there any debate about that connection?
