Considering the failed tribal structure of the Inuit (Eskimo) People Louis Holger is a true Prince (of that 4000+ year-old culture.
The tribal child services has been selling Eskimo children off to the State child services without even using proper forms, evidence and investigations. In one instance Louis called and told the official he would be right down for a conversation. By the time Louis arrived she had resigned her post.
There is a "common law" complaint in a remote court too, that facilitated the return of Louis' son within an hour. I will be posting that as it develops and Louis sends the images to me. Or maybe he can do it himself here. He is Wifi-hopping in Anchorage this week to get the higher Complaint filed and served properly -
